During the 1930’s his son, Mohammad Abdelwahhab Al-Halawani, joined him and acquired the skills of the halva production and trade industryIn the early seventies Mohamed Abdel Wahab Al-Halawani’s sons joined him and continued in the family profession, and then expanded into the production of snack foods, candies and chips.Abdul Karim Mohammed Halawani and his sons, Mohammed Ashraf and Othman Abdul Karim Al-Halawani completed this expansion, allowing the company to begin producing and assembling its goods using industrial equipment. It now manufactures raw materials side-by-side with the original manufacturing of its chips, halva, and tahini. Halawani is now the largest manufacturing source in this regard throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
The company has many certificates of quality, production, and manufacturing:- ISO 9001 certification- ISO 22000 certification- HACCP certification- FDA Certified
