Reinstalled gearbox and motor and rigged IA W Beechcraft Bonanza 36 Series Maintenance Manual. Performed normal and emergency gear cycles, no discrepancies noted. Troubleshot autopilot system, found 3 splices that were loose. Installed 3 new environmental splices. Performed ground operational test, operational checks good. Replaced main gear up-lock springs with new; PN: 35-815115. Cleaned and lubricated fwd and aft gear retract rods IA W Beechcraft Bonanza 36 Series Maintenance Manual. Cleaned, inspected and lubricated nose gear retract rods. Inspected nose steering. Lubricated and set stop to correct tension. Serviced shimmy damper. Replaced R/H aft wing bolt cover clip with new; PN: 35-105005-6, checked and set main gear down-lock tension. Removed L/H brake caliper due to leakage. Disassembled caliper, cleaned and inspected. Installed new o'ring; PN: MS28775 and installed caliper on aircraft. Bleed brakes. All work done IA W Beechcraft Bonanza 36 Series Maintenance Manual. ----
