Getting There and Back
• Ellisons Coaches• Luxury coaches with loos• Depart at 9.00am sharp on Mon 13th July• Kit collection & register in Conference Room• Students will need to be in school no later
than 8.45am• Return around 4.15pm on Wed 15th July• Message if major difference in return time
Activities
• Groups of 12 students with 1-3 PGL staff and a member of school staff.
• Students will need a packed lunch for Monday
• Raft building – water confident
Accommodation
• Rooms of 4• Student preferences• Teacher decisions• Limited time awake in rooms• Activity Groups more important
Staffing• 11 members of Farmor’s staff going • All activities run by PGL staff• Farmor’s staff will handle pastoral issues• Mr Wood Mrs Andrews-Alsaigh – 7A• Mr Bowman Jr – 7B Miss Cook• Miss Coombs – 7C Mrs Brathwaite• Miss Painting – 7P Mr Bruce• 3 Others
Insurance
• Farmor’s School insurance for travel there/back
• PGL insurance during stay• Copy of PGL policy available• Consent forms
Bedding will be provided

Spending Money• Not essential• Max. £15 for
shop
Baggage tags available
Safety• Security fenced• Students cannot leave
without member of staff• Supervised at all times
outside rooms• Teachers on duty outside

• Important: Please encourage students to contact school staff (NOT home) first if unhappy. We will contact home if necessary.
Behaviour
• Outstanding behaviour anticipated• You will be required to collect them or cover
cost of transport if they have to be sent home• Students will have briefing on this and whole
trip
Food & Medical
• All allergies and dietary requirements will be informed to PGL in advance and catered for
• Information will be taken from consent forms• Medical/Disability information will be similarly
collected and catered for• Medication – separate named bag, clear
dosage/timing instructions and handed to me prior to departure
