Produce a one page revision guide for an A Level PE student that presents this information.
Use the diagram of the heart and the circulation of blood around the
body. Label the components of the CV system and show the route of
oxygenated and deoxygenated blood.
State, describe and explain the immediate effects of exercise on
the CV system.
State, describe and explain the long term effects of exercise on
the CV system.
Select two appropriate sports and elite performers from the

In Year 12 we begin the course by looking at what sport was like before the Industrial
Revolution and then how things changed through the 18th & 19th centuries before we
look at modern day sport.

Using these two sources of information and your own research into ‘Traditional Mob
Football’ produce a one page mind map or Powerpoint slide that highlights the
characteristics of these ancient games and how they differ from modern football. It

that summarises the Wenlock Olympian Games. Include the following information:
