This is with the view of increasing Industry – Institute Partnership. There will be various industrialists across dimensions associated with us to guide students and give their valuable suggestions. We are also forming Industry Board. There will be experts from industry coming in and giving their inputs to bridge the gap between industry and academia. We will also be offering value added sessions / modules / courses such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc. useful for all specializations. You should take advantage of such offering. New batch of MBA course will be commencing from 1 st week of August. Seniors need to be a part of their induction program. Ultimately, you will be executing it. Prepare well to offer them warm welcome! Start checking your registered email ID. There will be regular emails coming to you asking for your updated profile, SIP details, and registrations for various companies visiting to campus etc. Remain up to date and respond well in time. As soon as possible, complete your SIP and 2 nd year admission process and get on board. Next 3 months are going to be full of work and all-round development! I welcome you all in this new academic year which is going to bring positive changes and excitement all over! This change is going to happen in your academic and professional life as well. Most of you have finished with your SIP and must have been reporting to your respective Project Guides in institute. You can start preparing your project reports now because later you may not get time. We have many plans for you all! 3rd semester will be starting with STP – Student Training Program. It is a package of developing communication, GD, PI, Aptitude, General Knowledge and all other required Managerial skills. Complete program have already been chalked out. There is going to be a periodic review of your progress. You will be guided on various aspects of improving your skills. There will be expert trainers coming in at different point of time before commencing your placement season. Along with that, there will be various HBSP case studies that will help you in improving your analytical and decision making skills. These case studies are already identified and discussed among faculty members. There will be specialization wise case studies and will give you right perspective of situational decision making.

Dear Students, Greetings from RMDSSOMS
Placement Cell to one and all.
It gives me immense pleasure to inform all that this
year we had 1000 plus companies visiting campus
and the overall placement scenario has been very
good. We at RMDSSOMS placed 150+ students out
of 240 with the cumulative efforts of CPC and all our
faculty members.
The ongoing efforts put in for the same were
continuous Mock Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions,
personal interviews, Domain Knowledge Tests,
Personal Grooming sessions, Guest Lectures by
Industry experts, live projects, industrial visits,
Summer & Winter Projects, regular presentations,
management games.
All these efforts put together were very helpful in
providing a distinct advantage to our students.
Students got ample interview opportunities and the
highest CTC from our campus was 5.2lacs.
We look forward to add another 500 companies this
year who will be interested to take our groomed
students.
