benefit of Engineers so kindly take a thorough look at it and we are hoping to get a positive response.
Purpose of This Email:
In this email we intend to brief you a little about our organization of young engineers named as YEA (young
engineers Association ), It is to motivate you to be a part of your own movement so that we would be able to
up hold the cause of young engineers for betterment of engineering profession in Pakistan. We are certainly
not political or violent group our main motive is to work in peace and demand for what we deserve by working
in a well organized and peaceful manner without offending anyone. By far you must have seen much such
organization who work for a month or two and then vanishes but here in YEA we are lead by very enthusiastic
and positive minded leadership and we do have a vision of going a long way.
Here is a little about what YEA is and how it works.
What is YEA:
YEA(Young Engineers Association) was actually formed to aware the young engineers about their
rights and what they should demand from the government. It works to benefit the fresh graduating
engineers.
The founding president of YEA presented a few points to government this year on the Engineers
Day 2014 in the favour of fresh graduating engineers the most important of which was:
Just like Doctors, all graduating engineers must be given 1 year *PAID* Internship inGovt. and Pvt. Sector and it would be made mandatory on employers via stringentregulation.
( There must a service structure of Engineers (BS-17 should be mandatory for all YoungEngineers).
Make sure every Industry has safety equipment for engineers.
All Engineering Organizations fully participated and supported this event for the first time. They
include but are not limited to:
1- Institution of Engineers Pakistan
2- Pakistan Engineering Council
3- IEEE Pakistan
4- Pakistan Engineering Congress
5- The Engineers
6- Engineering Forum Pakistan
YEA work with the following core values
Non political
Religious harmony
No gender discrimination
Equal Opportunities for all
In the end it was concluded that if we are able to generate a particular number of engineers as a
team the concerned bodies will certainly do every possible thing to make sure that we get what we
demand. At present YEA is working in getting more and more support from the young engineers
from around Pakistan so that we will be able to get this important task done. Soon to be agovernment accreted council.

Work Done By Far
Up till now our team has done remarkable work more than 1500 memberships have been given in
just a time of 10-15 days. There have been three official meetings of YEA which went extremely welland some major millstones were achieved councillors for different organizations have been made
and still looking for more. We are open to memberships as we believe that motivated people can
undoubtedly bring reforms.

Point 2:Join an Event on Facebook Protest against the exploitation and ignorance
