returning to school• Please read it carefully – if you have any questions before you return

What will it be like?
• It will be very different – students will attend school for 1 day a weekfor a 3 hour session from 8.45 – 12.00• Students will be in the same group each week – we will not change
the groups. This is in order to keep contact limited to small groups.• Students will meet the same teachers each week – one teacher for
English, one for Maths and one for Science – they may not be the teacher who normally teaches the students• Each group will be allocated a classroom in the Humanities block• Students will not go into the main school building
What will students do?
• Each student will have a lap top to access Google Classroom / SAM Learning / Hegarty maths and their own area of the school network• Students will be able to ask specific questions about English, maths
and science work. Teachers will support students in completing tasks. Please come prepared with questions about your work!• Students will be able to ask for guidance with options subjects – we
will support students in contacting their teachers if necessary• Students will have a 15 minute break outside (weather permitting), in
the area next to the Dance, Drama & Music block – they will have to stay in that area
What do I wear?
• Students will wear their school uniform. Blazers will not be essentialbut students must wear their school jumper. This will make it clear that they are a student at Graham School• When wearing uniform we expect students to behave appropriately
whether in school, or on the way to or from school
Routines
• Students will be in the same classroom each week and will sit at the same desk• The classroom will be set up with 2 metres between desks in line with
social distancing expectations (see next slide)• Students will use the toilets nearest to their classroom. Only one
student at a time will be allowed to go to the toilet.• Students will be expected to use the available hand sanitiser every
time they enter or leave the classroom• Students will be asked to observe social distancing at all times

following the same route as those arriving on foot. Cars will not be able to come on to the school site.• Students should report to the Table Tennis Centre on arrival – they must not enter any
other part of the school• There will be a zone in the Table Tennis Centre for each group. Students will sit in
their group zone in their allocated seat (chairs will be 2 metres apart) until directed to leave and move to their classroom in the Humanities block. They will be accompanied by their teachers.• Students walking to school should be socially distanced (2 metres apart) – this is in
