ISN TRANSFER AND DECOMMISSIONING Chrysalis has completed a ISN preliminary inventory. A process review is underway, which identifies requirements at the new facility. The initial plan and specification review is also completed. The transition schedule is drafted and will be finalized by the end of January. They are identifying decommissioning items and associated scope for cost estimation. RFQ bids will be opened on January 9 for Review Appraisal services to appraise the Sloulin Field property fair market value. The airport is also securing an Environmental Consultant to complete an environmental assessment of Sloulin Field Chrysalis has been meeting with airlines to coordinate transition options for aircraft, final ISN operations, and first landing/take-off from XWA. WATER AND SEWER Water installation is complete. A portion of the domestic service line has been filled, tested, and is ready for service to the terminal. The remaining water system will be filled and tested in spring. A temporary water shelter for the pump station is complete and permanent electrical service has been installed. The sanitary sewer system installation is ongoing with anticipated completion the end of January. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE New construction schedules being evaluated and coordinated for opening date. The west half of the building sheathing work is ongoing. Interior work in the basement has consisted of overhead MEP and painting walls/ceiling in the basement is ongoing. Stair installation is complete on both the north and south stairs. Interior CMU walls on the south end are complete. There is ongoing work on the second floor restroom. The project is 40% complete. TERMINAL 95% of foundations are complete. Precast, joist, and decking are complete with SRE joist work ongoing. Masonry walls that support the mezzanine started mid-month and are ongoing. All other CMU walls will go up after steel installation is complete. No mechanical work onsite has started yet, but electrical underground has significant work complete. Plumbing underground has basic rough in completed with most of the work set to begin after building enclosure. ARFF/SRE is 23% complete. ARFF/SRE
