'A' and (-) 4.5°;', on Schedule-B over the estimated tender value of~.19,76,959/- an at a total value of~.19,49,237/- (Rupees Nineteen lakhs Forty Nine thousand Two hundred and Thirty Seven only)subject to the followi ng terms and conditions.

1. Performance Guarantee (PG): You should submit performance guarantee towan s fulfillment of thecontractual obligations In the form furnished In clause NO.24.2 of conditions of the contractamounting to 5% of the contract value i.e., ~.97,462/- within 30 days from tt e date of issue ofLetter of Acccotuncc {cxcludinIT the date of LOA (Ref: CE/Works/SC Ir.W. 48/P/GCCIVol.lldt:30.5.14)) and before commencement of the work and siuninQ the aQreeml nt. Penal interestof 15% Del' annum shall be charaed for the delav beyond 30 days i.e., from 3rt day after thedate of issue of LoA (excludinQ the date of LoA). In case vou fail to submi the reauisite PCeven after 60 davs from the date of issue of LoA, the contract shall be termina ed duly forfeitinuEMD and other dues, if anv oayable auainst the contract as Del' clause 16(4) of Generalconditions of contract. The failed contractor shall be debarred from participating in re-tender for theabove work. The performance guarantee should be valid up to extended time for completion of workplus 60 days (proforma of PG is enclosed). This Bank guarantee shall be release as per clause No.24.5 of conditions of Tender.

2. Security deposit (SI): An amount of~. 57,922/- after adjusting EMD of~.39,5 0/- (paid vide DDNo.675212 dt:02.02.2017 of SBI/GNT - MCR No.342270 dt.l0.02.17) towards security deposit atthe rate of 5% of the contract val ue wi II be recovered from your bi lis. The rate of recovery wi II be atthe rate of 10% of the bi II amount ti II the full security deposit is recovered (Total st» ~.97,462/-).

3. In case the contract is rescinded, the security deposit should be forfeited, the performance guaranteeshall be en-cashed and the balance work should be got done separately.

4. Terms of payment: Payment will be made as per conditions furnished in Tender d cument.

::2::5. The entire work is to be executed strictly in accordance with the Railway tenms and conditions,

specifications/drawi ngs etc.

6. Deviation, if any, should have the written approval of this office.

7. You should submit the samples of all the items proposed for use in execution 0 work to this officefor approval within one week from the date of receipt of this letter.

8. Railway Contractors/Extension of Provident Fund Act to the Employees workin under the RailwayContractors: The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of EPF & MP Act, 1952 and obtaincode number from the concerned authorities whenever workmen employed by hit are 20 or more. Heshall also indemnify Railways from and against any claim, penalties, recoveries nder the above Actand Rules. Contractors have to get the code number under the EPF so a to enable the PFCornm issioners to extend social security benefits to the workmen engaged to the Rai Iway Contracts.The first month's bill will be released only after code number is taken from the F office and a copyof coverage intimation produced. Subsequently for each 1110nth, bills wil be released onlysubmission of challans & 12A return copy in proof of remittance of PF dues for p evious 1110nth.Thisshall be taken note by the contractor and submit the compliance in this regard to R ilways.

9. You are advised to contact the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), Plot No. B-2, IndustrialEstate, 5th Floor, CGO's complex, Autonagar, Vijayawada- 520007 and obtain I ecessary license forengaging contract labour in connection with this work. You have to abide by the ules of the contractlabour (Regulations & abolition) Act, 1970 and all rules, regulations and amen ments thereto thatmay be from time to time are binding on you in respect of this contract.

10. You should use only approved brands of materials for execution of the work. S ecific prior writtenapproval from the undersigned should be obtained for other than the approved brai ds.

11. You should invariably use the make/brands from iSI /approved makes in executio of the work.

12. You should submit cash bills fl'OI11 the suppliers in respect of supply items.

13. Entire work is to be completed within 60 days from the date of issue of letter of a ceptance i.e., on orbefore 11.05.2017.

14. The work should be executed as per instructions of the Sr. Divisional E ctrical Engineer,Maintenance, S.c. Railway, Vijayawada and Senior Section En ineer, Electrical,Technical, S.C. Railway, Vijayawada.

15 Please note that you have to make good any defects/imperfections or faults/dai ages due to faultyworkmanship of defective material which may appear or occur during the ma ntenance period of12 (Twelve) months at your cost within a reasonable period. The maint nance period willcommence from the certified date of completion of the entire work as per the t nder schedules andhanding over the installations to the Railway Administration.

16. Until a formal agreement is executed, this acceptance will constitute a binding can ract between youand the Railway Administration.

17. Extension to Date of completion: This may be sanctioned at the discretion of the c mpetent authorityas per the rules in force from time to time provided:i) that the rate in the contract was not accepted against the other lower offers in th tender in

consideration of earlier date of completion.ii) that he is satisfied that the delay will not generally cause loss or damage to th Railways during

the extended period.

18. Please note that your bill for the work should be submitted in triplicate in the pres ribed forms whichcan be obtained from this office and payment will be arranged through Senior Divisional FinanceManager, S.C.Railway, Vijayawada.

19. You are advised to submit a programme of execution of work within 10 days. Failure to start thework within 10 days, will be viewed seriously and action will be taken up as per General Conditions
