Originally the Genesee Buildingbuilt in 1922, the Snyder family boughtand renovated the then-office buildinginto the hotel that it is today. Althoughsome changes have been made, such asthe addition of the Atrium over GeneseeStreet, there remains a focus onmaintaining historical integrity. A greatexample of this is the original entrance tothe building still standing in thelobby. Regency Ballroom

The Regency Ballroom is the ideal venue for more intimate events. Featuring 3,000 square feet and fitting up to 200guests, it is a great space to create a memorable evening with your closest friends and family. Ellicott RoomIdeal for private and small celebratory gatherings, the Ellicott Room is 720 square feet, with accommodations for up to 70reception guests and a location on the hotel’s second floor with windows overlooking Main Street.

Our Sungarden is the ideal venue for a reception with a sense of place in downtown Buffalo. Enjoy this unique setting foryour special day. Genesee Room

Guest Accommodations

Family Brunch

The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treatyour overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Yourwedding coordinator will arrange for a private roomwith dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This finaltouch will allow you to reminisce about the weddingand wish everyone farewell before you leave for yourhoneymoon.

Parking

Our hotel offers valet parking for overnight guestsonly. There are multiple lots and ramps within walkingdistance of the hotel. Street parking is free after 5pmon weekdays and all weekend. Valet service isavailable for weddings through a third partycompany.
