Summer Vacation Home work Class XII

Instructions for the holidays home work-

This H.W. carries 10 marks in each subject. Hence submission of work

post vacation is compulsory for all students.

Complete all subject H.W. on A4 size paper and make the file properly.

Holiday work must we done in a very neat and presentable manner.

Questions must be done in given sequence.

The H.W. will be assessed for the handwriting, presentation, neatness,

completion of all the questions, indexing of the work.

Ques1- Read the novel ‘Invisible Man’ from chapter one- ‘The Strange Man’s Arrival to chapter 12th “

The Invisible Man loses his Temper”.

On the basis of reading the novel attempt character traits of the following characters: (A) The

invisible man Griffin (B) Mrs. Hall (C) Thomas Marvel (D) Mr. Hall.

Ques2- Read at least five short reports in any English news paper cut &paste them on your file. On

the basis of your reading of these:

(A) Make notes on them in points only using headings and sub-headings.

(B) Make a summary of these passages in not more than 100 words and also suggest a suitable

title.

Ques3- Your school organized a three day camp In a village during the summer vacation. As the

leader of team, write a letter to the editor of newspaper given an account of your activities there.
