The Roller Bar Adding Accessories

Attach the Roller Bar

Building the Body

Slide base plates into the T-slot and

connect the wheels.

The last step is to add the panel gasket, end

caps, and storage bins.

Assemble the hinges, main support, and brake.

Attach the handles and bin supports to the T-slot.

Connect the sides and uprights. Slide panels

into position and captivate the panels.

Connect the roller bar to the body of the Scooter Kart. Next, add the ball catch to the roller bar.

Using end fasteners can really help take the guess work out of a project. They line profiles up, only needing to be tightened down to finish the job.
