Using the corrugated stainless steel, in case of domestic distribution, has many advantages. You can easily bend the pipes and for example install them with thermal insulation straight away. This extremely quickens the job done. Plus stainless steel is the best material, which you can use for drinking water, heating and gas, because it's health harmless and it has unlimited service life.

O-RING CONNECTIONSYou can join corrugated stainless steel quickly and simply without tools. The perfectly tight joint, versatile for all utilities. The connection doesn't have to be accessible from the wall.*

FLAT GASKET CONNECTIONSThe easiest corrugated stainless steel pressing in the world. The unique handle presser easily makes a straight surface, which makes a perfectly tight joint together with a union nut and a flat gasket.

PROTECTIVE COATING STEELPROTECT

Limpid plastic coating adds protection against chemicals, cleaning products or walls to the stainless steel pipe. The price is the same as with the pipe without coating.

We care about the fact that distribution in the house lasts longer than the house itself and that the drinking water is being lead in the best possible material. That is why we use surgical steel AISI 316L. Not only is it very resistant, but it also provides absolute hygienic safety.

Make your life easier. Use just one pipe and connection elements for all utilities. Flexira xConnect piping System O and T are certified for drinking water, gas and solar fillings and also other utilities* at an authorised person of EEA Brno. The certificate with number B-30-01237-15 is valid all over Europe.

QUALITY WHICH YOU DON'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE, THANKS TO THE UNIQUE ANNEALING PROCEDURE

Not only do we care about the pipe quality, but also that your job goes well with it. The point is, that it bends easily and holds form perfectly. The ruffle of the pipe changes the crystal structure of the stainless steel material in a so called corrugator and that's why the pipe is more solid, flexible and doesn't bend so easily. To give the pipe the required features, we have set up a unique production procedure, where we anneal it in a protected atmosphere of hydrogen. That's why our pipes are more resistant, unstretchable and you can work better with them.

xConnect System For a joint tightened with O-rings you don't need any special tools. The created joint is perfectly tight.

xConnect System You need to make a sealing surface with the special Flexira xConnect T 120 press for a joint tightened by flat gasket.

Cut the pipe in the middle of a ruffle (at the point of the smallest bore) with the Flexira xConnect O&T 250 cutter, to the required length. Place the cutter on the pipe and gradually tighten the cutting wheel during the cutting procedure.

xConnect System – Connection with O-rings

Fitting the O-ringsWith the Flexira O-ring Fitter the job will be done easily. You will not cut yourself on the edge and on the cartridge of the handle you will have enough O-rings ready.

Pipe connectionAfter fitting the nut, locking ring onto the third wave ad 2 O-rings and now it's enough to just grease the O-rings with a little grease, insert into the competent pipe fitting marked System O and tighten the nut.

xConnect System – connection with flat gasket

Pipe pressingInsert the pipe into the lower jaws, close it, so that the last 3 ruffles of the pipe stay loose for pressing. Press down the press handle to a horizontal position.

Pipe connectionBefore pressing it is necessary to put a nut on the pipe. After creating the sealing surface with the presser add a flat gasket and tighten the nut with a torque spanner to a pipe fitter type System T.

Some detergents are very aggressive towards stainless steel. We thought about that too and we added limpid coating.

When respecting the manual conditions, the corrugated stainless steel has unlimited service life, just like piping.

The swivel ending protects the hose against damage, because it stops the torsion going into the hose.

All gas hoses Flexira xConnect Gas meet the requirements of fire endurance norm up to 650°C for 30 min.

Safe quick release allows quick and simple disconnection of the hose just by turning the handle.

Which endings to choose?The input on the gas appliance is always provided with an external thread. That is either cylindrical (flat sealing) or conical (sealed into the thread). According to that you choose the correct counterpart as shown in the picture.

Safety with steelprotect elements

Safe swivel ending protects stainless steel hose against damage, because it stops the torsion going into the hose.

Protective coating prevents aggressive chemicals (like detergents) disrupt the stainless steel.

Stainless steel braiding ensures maximum mechanical protection (only with Gas Plus and Premium).

The hose, that never floods you out!Through a ruptured rubber hose leaks approximately 1,500 litres of water in an hour. Such an amount we never let through to your house equipment, because we make only the most resistant hoses form corrugated stainless steel.

Our houses are made, so that they last forever.

Some detergents are very aggressive towards stainless steel. We thought about that too and added limpid coating.

Stainless steel braiding with rubber hoses isn't protected against detergents on chlorine basis, that's why it gets damaged and ruptures.

Stainless steel of the best quality AISI 316L is the supreme material for leading drinking water. It is absolutely health harmless.

With common hoses, rubber can change the taste of drinking water.

When respecting the manual conditions, the corrugated stainless steel has unlimited service life, just like piping.

Compared to that the common rubber hose lasts approximately 5 to 10 years.

Stainless steel endings welded straightly to the corrugated stainless steel never loosen. We tested it to 16 bars!

Rubber hoses are provided with pressed endings, which often don't resist water pressure over 10 bars.
