informed view of the market, your needs and what makes a good candidate. For example in our Integrated Marketing Team agents have come from agencies including The Marketing Store, Carlson and Inferno.

• Team structure– Unlike many Recruitment Consultancies we have a team approach which encourages

the placement of the right people rather than a hard core sales approach, which encourages linear recruitment.

• All candidates interviewed face-to-face (at least one hour)– Inc. provide Passport (ID), signing a right to represent form, online

registration, VAT Certificates, Limited Company Registration Certificates

• All candidates agree where their CV should go before submission. We NEVER send CV’s out without first briefing the candidate and gaining their express permission.

• All candidates briefed and de-briefed for each role

• All candidates reference checked (minimum of 2) as standard for freelance and on request for Permanent
