Cross Table Report Demonstration

A Cross Table is a useful tool when wanting information on two elements.The following demonstration will show how you can search all of your assembly records and then find out how many of each size and type there are in the system.

Why a Cross Table Report?

From the Home Page, click the Backflow Assembly List button

If so, Click on the BFP Assembly

button

Your screen may look like

this..

Click the ALLbutton

Click on the Report /

Print button in the menu

bar

Click on the User Defined Quick Report option in the drop down

menu

Click on Cross Table

Click on the pull down and

choose All Tables

In the pull down menu, click on the plus sign next to Equipment Size

Highlight this box and then Click on the

plus sign next to

Equipment Size

Drag and Drop the Equipment Display Size

into the boxes above

Drag and Drop the Equipment Type into the

box above

Click on the upper left

corner and it will highlight all three boxesClick the Count

button

Change the Font by highlighting the column or

row that you want changed

Then choose a font from the pull down.

Change the color, size, or style the same

way!

Double click to add text to a

column or row.

Type in what you want to show when

printed.

Click File and Print Preview to see your

report before you print it.

You might have to adjust the row sizes.

Grab the lines and move them left or right. Check print preview until you get it the way you

want it.

Soon you will be able to make professional- looking, accurate

reports, quickly and easily!
