DESCRIPTION

• The Hunger Games, a multimedia franchise set in The Hunger Games universe, is derived from the The Hunger Games trilogy, a series of books by Suzanne Collins. The name of the series, the franchise, and the universe is based on the the title of the first book in the series: The Hunger Games. The Hunger Games universe is a dystopia set in North America where residents of different geographic regions are forced to participate in an annual televised death match called The Hunger Games.

TRILOGY• The three novels in the

trilogy are The Hunger Games (2008), Catching Fire (2009),and Mockingjay (2010).The books have either been adapted, or are in the process of being adapted, as installments in The Hunger Games film series, which includes the 2012 film, The Hunger Games, followed by The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013), The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 (2014), and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 (2015).

Suzanne Collins Suzanne Marie Collins (born August 10, 1962) is

an American television writer and novelist, best known as the author of The New York Times best selling series The Underland Chronicles and The Hunger Games trilogy (which consists of The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and Mockingjay).

She is the daughter of a U.S. Air Force officer who served in the Vietnam War.As the daughter of a military officer, she and her family were constantly moving.

Her career: Collin's career began in 1991 as a writer for

children's television shows. She worked on several television shows for Nickelodeon, including Clarissa Explains It All, The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo, Little Bear, and Oswald. She was also the head writer for Scholastic Entertainment's Clifford's Puppy Days. She received a Writers Guild of America nomination in animation for co-writing the critically acclaimed Christmas special, Santa, Baby!

I love The Hunger Games trilogy, and if you like action films and books I recomend you this trilogy. I recomend it because the trilogy has a lot of action.

The best book to the espectators of the hunger games is the first book: The Hunger Games.

But, to me, the best book is the second book of the trilogy:The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
