TARGET

For this purpose it has been developed an infrastructure allowing that any generator of information device (machinery, computation system, management applications...) is able to sent some alarms to devices registered as a members of the alarm network, so that they will be able not only to NOTIFY AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT, but also sending some answers related to the same ones.

The management system of Xone mobile alarms is a software that allows the dispatch and alarms administration towards mobile devices through IP channels.

SERVER

The main structure of the system consists in a server of alarms, which it executes as Windows service and takes charge of receive the alarms that reachs on real time as well as its management and storage in a data base.

This server takes charge of manage the connection of the remote clients, who will be connected to it in order to indicate them its presence, as well its connection data..

CLIENTThe receiver client of Alarms is constitutes by an application absorbed into the mobile device that it´s executed in the background and it does not restrict any functions of the telephone.

In order to start its activity, the system get connected to Internet to ask an IP address, in case of being dynamic. Once obtained, the IP address and the IMEI of the device are sent to the central server of the alarms, updating the central system.

Once connected, it´s kept a listening-in channel permanently open. In order to solve any problems with the connection, a time for refreshment it´s set up, after that a new connection it´s requested and the synchronization with the central server will be set up again.

ALARM TYPESOnce the alarms server receives any notification from any other equipment or any alarm is in line on data bases, an IP connection it´s taken place with the telephone to the last known IP and the alarm data will be sent.

IP Alarms IP Alarms gives redundancy to the original notification system from OPEL. (Luminous screens, Audio system in plant, Walkie-Talkies, Telephone).

The integration is made by the CIMPLYCITY HMI system ( Human-Machine Interface) Pager SNPP way (protocol dispatch to location with pagination).

The number of users actually are 120. The system will be introduced in the rest of the factories along 2007.

The average Number of Notices / Alarms are 100 by terminal.

The maximun time to delivery of Notices/Alarms are 2 SECONDS.

The total time to Implant: 2 Months.
