We see inside the infamous mansion to our first hero, ScottSummers AKA CYCLOPS spea ing with professor X in a room wherethey can oversee THE DANGER ROOM.

SCOTT:You thin one day they'll have aperfect session?

PROFESSOR X:Who Scott?

BACK TO:SCOTT:

You now who I'm tal ing about, theteam down there training. we've putthem together a couple of times andthey're probably the mostsuccessful in the DANGER ROOM, butI honestly don't now if havingLogan on the roster with me isgoing to ma e matters better orworse.

PROFESSOR X:Scott you're my best student, now Iwill admit you and Logan might notalways see eye to eye, but this iswhat I've come up with as a remedyto the situation you two face.

PROFESSOR X:Scott and Logan have beenincreasingly getting into verbalconfrontations over the past coupleof days, I've tried to get the twoto at least wor together to noavail.

A sound outside sounds li e a window shattered one of the Xmansion's windows, all the students and the 5 current membersof the X men are startled in the wa e up except cyclops whowasn't sleeping at all during the night.

CUT TO:

WOLVERINE:What the hell was that? Did someonebrea one of the windows in themansion STORM?

STORM:I couldn't find any windows bro en,do you thin a burglar is trying tobrea in here?

WOLVERINE:I doubt it, but just in case.

(Wolverine brings his claws out)

CUT TO:CYCLOPS comes in the hallway where most of the students,WOLVERINE and STORM are and is loo ing disgusted upon seeingwolverine.

CUT TO:

SCOTT:Wolverine do you have to be so damncynical all the time?

CUT TO:

WOLVERINE:(Laughing again)

Loo who it is, the boy scout ofthe team, Mr. Scott Summers ladiesand gentlemen.

BACK TO:

SCOTT:Logan, I'm only going to tell youonce, don't try ma ing me the buttof your jo es anymore, otherwise we

WOLVERINE and STORM gather around the growing number ofmutants, they eventually move up to where they're with therest of the X men, except Scott who is standing with professorX.

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE pushes past people and eventually ma es it to thetwo men and is shoc ed along with Scott as professor X loo son with rage

A bloodied and battered MAGNETO stands before the X-MEN,behind him was a truc which from what can be assumed up wascrushed to bits by Magneto himself.

CUT TO:MAGNETO:

We have a bit of a problem at thecurrent time, care to let meexplain, Charles?

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE:What the hell are you doing here,Magneto? come to get your asshanded to you?

BACK TO:

In the distance we see groups of truc s and soldiers yellingwhile all the Students get in the mansion to prepare for theassault.

run into the mansion now and loc all the doors, find the nearestsafe spot , if you can't find anyfind the senior members of themansion immediately.

CUT TO:

All the mutants hurry in doors, the last of which beingprofessor X, Magneto, and Wolverine.

CUT TO:

WOLVERINE:If this is some game Magneto, I'mgoing to gut you right here.

BACK TO:

MAGNETO:Wolverine I hope your means ofintimidation have more means ofevidence, if I truly meant harm, doyou thin I'd turn here of allplaces by myself? injured in allconditions possible?

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE:Yeah well just now even if thisisn't your plan, we still are goingto ta e you in after this is overwith.

CUT TO:

SCOTT:Logan, stop arguing with Magnetoand get over with the team and getin position damn it.

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE:Yeah yeah Scott don't go gettingyour panties in a bunch I'm coming.

BACK TO:

Wolverine joins his team with an angered Scott near the doorsof the mansion, with all five standing in different positions.

We see truc s which loo li e that of military issue stopoutside the doors, before a figure dressed in standard S.Sunifrom step out with a megaphone.

CUT TO:

RED SKULL:X- Men, I come to you with a peaceoffering, for generations have Iheld an unjust prejudice againstyour ind, well today I wish toma e amends with that on onecondition.

CUT TO:

Wolverine stands in the mansion, angered over the fact thatRed S ull is behind the attac , he brings out his claws, readyto start the battle.

BACK TO:

RED SKULL:I give you all one chance, give meCerberus and surrender peacefully,and I shall not harm any of you oryour ind, however, failure tocomply with the demands will be metwith extreme force.

BACK TO:

RED SKULL:(Not spea ing through the megaphone

but to a soldier)If they do come out, I want to illall who step out of those doors,leave no survivors, I have anothersquad entering from the bac of themansion as well, either way myfriends, the victory is ours.

CUT TO:

PROFESSOR X:(Having heard the whole thingthrough the use of his powers)

Scott, DO NOT surrender to him,he's lying, there is another squadof soldiers entering through thedoors of the bac entrance, I wantto split up your team, half stayhere, half go to the bac , and Iwant you to accompany me withMagneto.

BACK TO:

SCOTT:Of course professor, team, listenup, nightcrawler and Colossus, goat the bac doors and defend thosespots, wolverine and Shadowcat,stay here and defend the frontentrances, I'm going with Magnetoand the Professor.

CUT TO:

RED SKULL:Oh, no response eh? such a pity, Ihoped to not bloody my fine suit onthis night, ah well.

(On radio)Crossbones, start the raid throughthe bac doors with your squad.

CUT TO:

CROSSBONES:Yes sir.

BACK TO:

RED SKULL:Soldiers, fire a roc et through thetop window, I want them scared.

CUT TO:

A HYDRA soldier who is armed with a roc et launcher shoots oneright at the top windows of the mansion, it hits, and half theMansion's windows shatter and an explosion roc s the studentsinside.

BACK TO:

RED SKULL:Now my HYDRA foot soldiers, STORMTHAT MANSION AND FIND THE DEVICE IHAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR!

CUT TO:

Inside the mansion, all the students have either been insecure hidden spots, or with a senior of the mansion such asSTORM or BEAST.

A group of soldiers go up to the doors and try to ram it down,but fail, and plant charges at the front doors.

CUT TO:

WOLVERINE:Kitty, get ready.

CUT TO:

SHADOWCAT:Wolverine, are we gonna be o ay bythe time this is over?

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE:Don't worry, I'll protect youKitty, but stay smart and on yourfeet, now get ready, they're aboutto come-

(Blast noc s down both WOLVERINEand ROUGE)

CUT TO:

The group of HYDRA soldiers run through the bro en doors andimmediately shoot at WOLVERINE and SHADOWCAT, Wolverinehowever runs head first at the group and drives his claws intoone, before rolling and coming up and catching one with a ic which noc s him down.

A soldier manages to fire a couple of shots of which hitwolverine, who sha es them off and cuts the weapon in half,

before stabbing the soldier straight in the face with hisclaws, the one who he ic ed down tries to escape butSHADOWCAT hits him with a gun and he is noc ed down again.

BACK TO:

SHAOWCAT:Now let's see what else we canlearn bout this attac

SHADOWCAT tries spea ing with the soldier, but before he cansay anything, his mouth starts to foam and he starts sha ingviolently, before screaming and then went completely still.

CUT TO:

SHADOWCAT:WHAT THE HELL!

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE:(puzzled)

He was wired to shut down, S ullmust have planted something in hisin case we tried to question him.

BACK TO:

SHADOWCAT:Something is going on here, deeperthan you or me can thin of Logan.

CUT TO:

ICEMAN:

SHADOWCAT, WOLVERINE, both of youget out of here, me and ANGEL gotthese doors secured, the bac mansion needs the two of you, thesoldiers are over ta ing the area.

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE:Alright BOBBY, Kitty, let's go.

both WOLVERINE AND SHADOWCAT start running down the hall asANGEL and ICEMAN both start getting swarmed by soldiers butICEMAN freezes the first two and creates an ice wall so therest can't get in, they meet a couple of soldiers butwolverine mows the four soldiers down by clawing them up,another two try coming in from another hallway but SHADOWCATgrabs the gun, passes through a wall to them, and fires atthem, illing the both of them.

CUT TO:

Meanwhile, a couple of soldiers have found a location wheretwo young students are hiding, they bring out small pistols

and try shooting them, but before they can, COLOSSUS comesfrom a door and pic s one up by the throat and throws himbac , he then headbutts another one and noc s him out.

COLOSSUS:Don't worry, you're both safe now,get out of here and find anotherhiding spot.

The same soldier COLOSSUS threw bac tries shooting them downagain, but COLOSSUS smashes the gun.

HYDRA SOLDIER:

SHIT!

We cut out to a hallway and we see the soldier go flyingthrough a wall before colossus wal s out and sees moresoldiers try firing at him.

COLOSSUS:This is starting to get annoying.

All of a sudden NIGHTCRAWLER pops up and starts pic ing up asoldier and teleports away with him, when he comes bac , hegrabs another and the soldiers all turn their fire to him,they shoot the soldier instead.

COLOSSUS assists and punches one into a wall, punches anotherin the gut and pic s him up and throws him into the one whotried shooting NIGHTCRAWLER.

Nightcrawler finishes off the last one by snapping his nec .

NIGHTCRAWLER:Well, that was fun.

COLOSSUS:I don't ill a man when he'salready defeated, you shouldprobably try the same thing.

BACK TO:

NIGHTCRAWLER:When that man tries to ill afellow comrade I thin it's fair Ihave the right to ta e him out.

BACK TO:

COLOSSUS:Whatever

(COLOSSUS storms off)NIGHTCRAWLER:

No need to than me, oh and thearea is secure man than s foras ing!(Yelling at Colossus)

CUT TO:All of a sudden, nightcralwer hears a gun coc behind him, hefreezes on the spot.

CROSSBONES:Well loo what we have here, younow what your head would sell foron the mar et? millions from theloo s of you.

I ain't gonna ta e my time here,just a quic one two shot in the

bac of the head, it's better ifthe buyers get the product whilehe's mostly untouched.

BACK TO:

NIGHTCRAWLER:You forgot one thing buddy, I havea tail.

Beofe crossbones gets a shot off, Nightcrawler snaps the gunaway from him, he turns around and dec s crossbones across theface, crossbones ic s nightcrawler in the gut and uppercuts

him, nightcrawler gets up and grabs crossbones and the two aretransported into a gym in the mansion.

CUT TO:

CROSSBONES:gottcha.

Crossbones pic s up his six shot and fires a couple of shotsbut nightcrawler teleports away from all of them,

reinforcements arrive and crossbones stands behind them.

CROSSBONES:Tell the squad whoever brings mehis head gets an extra 20 thousand.

All the soliders fire off their guns and nightcrawler eepsdodging them all, he eventually grabs two swords hanging abovethe gym and teleports from the group of soldiers.

HYDRA SOLDIER:where didhe go I can't see him!

CUT TO:

NIGHTCRAWLER:Right behind you pal.

Nightcrawler stabs the soldier right through the bac , beforehe teleports and chops down two more soldiers, he then bringdown two on one soldiers nec , decapitating him, he throwsanother over his head onto another soldier and stabs him inthe heart, before ending it by throwing one of the swordsthrough another soldiers head.

CROSSBONES:You're a quic little fellow nowaren't you?

Crossbones and nightcrawler engage once again, crossbones goesfor a ic , nightcrawler dodges and ic s him ,when crossboneslands, he gets his gun and fires it, missing and nightcrawleric s him in the face.

Crossbones tac les nightcrawler and begins punching himstraight in the face, nightcrawler then flips crossbone overand the two bloc the other's attac .

Crossbones though gains an upper hand after he manages to ta ea sword from nightcrawler and headbutts him, before slashinghis arm and legs.

Nightcrawler then noc s away the sword and drop ic scrossbones into a pile of dumbbells before throwing one of theweights at crossbones and it hits him in the face.

Nightcrawler teleports away before crossbones wipes blood fromhis mas and laughs, he gets word over his device from reds ull and seemingly retreats from the area

CUT TO:

Red s ull and a group of soldiers have successfully bro eninto the room where Cerberus is held, and red s ull has barelybeen attac ed, only being threatened once by a young mutantand Red s ull shot him in the head.

RED SKULL:It's a beautiful machine, capableof detecting any mutant in all

parts of the world, once I acquireits power, my goal will beunstoppable.

CUT TO:

A soldier is shot behind by a beam of red light, beforeanother turns around and is shot again by the same beam andfalls to the ground.

SCOTT:Stop right there S ull, touch thatmachine and I'll ill you and yourmen.

BACK TO:

RED SKULL:You thin you can stop me? I am agod with unlimited power in thisEarth, you're all nothing more thanpawns in a bigger game and I assureyou, by the time this is over,you'll all wish I hadn't come here.

BACK TO:

MAGNETO:As much as I would li e to see theX men gone, you're plans interferewith my goals, and for that,I amafraid alliances must be forged toma e sure you don't achieve yourplans.

BACK TO:

RED SKULL:Well my friend, I see you and Ialready have past history,Holocaust survivor I ta e it goingby your surprised reaction of theuniform I wear? well surely now Ihave more than just one reason toma e sure you die slowly along withthe rest of the mutant ind.

But before I can simply wal out ofhere with the artifact I need, Imust assure a safe travel to my

group, so I need to have aninsurance policy.

In that moment, Red s ull shot at professor X's head, magnetostopped the bullet however before it fully made impact but itwas enough to noc professor X out of his wheelchair

Magneto threw the stray bullet at one of s ull's soldiers andit hit him in the eye, and the soldier fell dead on the floor.

SCOTT:PROFESSOR!

Cyclops shot his beam right at the RED SKULL and his men, butbefore he could Red s ull pulled out a small device andsomehow cyclops shot off on the walls, ma ing most of it startto collapse

the wrec age illed most of s ull's men but s ull stood hisground and in the s y now from the destroyed wall stood ahelicopter which shot off a hoo from Crossbones and s ullgrabbed it along with Cerberus.

One of the only soldiers alive tried to shoot mags but magstoo most of the wrec and threw it all up to the lonesoldier, crushing him in a gory fashion.

CUT TO:

MAGNETO:(SPEAKING TO CYCLOPS)

and that my friend, is how you

harness true power.CYCLOPS pic ed up professor X and ran out of the collapsingwrec age while MAGNETO stayed behind the two, flic ing piecesof wall from hitting him , they seen most of the students andremaining soldiers running out of the building.

in the far distance in the hallway Scott saw wolverine stillfighting some of the men, hitting one in the face and stabbingone with his claws while SHADOWCAT was going bac and forthbetween walls, coming bac and hitting soldiers from the twowalls before coming bac from a wall and ic ing one of thesoldiers right in the face

CUT TO:

CYCLOPS:SHADOWCAT, WOLVERINE, GET THE HELLOUT! THE MANSION IS COLLAPSING, WENEED TO MOVE NOW!

BACK TO:

Wolerine still fighting, he was in rage now chopping andstabbing at a dead soldier, CYCLOPS grabbed his hand before hecontinued.and Wolverine snapped out of it.

BACK TO:

SCOTT:WOLVERINE, MOVE OUT OF THEBUILDING!

BACK TO:

WOLVERINE

(Growling)Fine, and what happened to theprofessor?

BACK TO:

SCOTT:I'll explain when we get to safetybut right now we need to move.

all five of the mutants ran outside in time to see the rest oftheir group of X men, they saw a horror show in the nowburning mansion full of blood and fire on the walls.

CUT TO:

SCOTT:SHADOWCAT, I thought I told you andWOLVERINE to stay at the frontdoors?

CUT TO:

SHADOWCAT:

Bobby came with Angel and told usthat the mansion in the bac wasbeing attac ed by more soldiers sowe moved bac there, sorry Scott.

in that instant they saw another roc et come out and hit themansion, blowing up half the upper half of mansion, turningmost of it ruin.

CUT TO:

RED SKULL:We have what we need, ta e us bac

to base to install this device andstart phase 2 of our operationgentlemen.

CUT TO:

HYDRA PILOT:Yes sir.

the soldiers who got out of the building got into theirvehicles which many of which were destroyed and climbed intoany that could fit the amount of soldiers who needed to escapethe area and drove into the night while the Helicopter

containing Red S ull started to move away from the area of theburning mansion.

CUT TO:

Magneto tried to use his powers to bring down the helicopter,but he fell to the ground in extreme pain after a stray metalhit him in the nees.

WOLVERINE:What the hell is going on here?First the soldier's brain fried nowmutants can't use their abilities.

CUT TO:

MAGNETO:(in pain)

It's the end of our very way oflife, this is only the start ofmany pain and suffering to come forall who're mutant ind,

(To CYCLOPS)You seen what happened to Charles,he didn't even now the bullet wascoming, this is no stro e of luc ,this was planned for months, yearseven.

WOLVERINE:Scott, what the hell is he tal ingabout?

CUT TO:

Cyclops ignored him and started wal ing up towards what wasleft of the mansion, ICEMAN was trying to freeze up the flamesand mostly did but what was left was only mostly the half ofthe lower house and nothing more than rubble.

SCOTT:One man's hate, can turn the wholeworld upside down for an entirerace of people, and all I can sayis, what do we do now?

WOLVERINE was about to say something, but SHADOWCAT gave him aloo of an attempt to get him to refrain from spea ing, whichhe understood and fell into a quiet anger as he loo ed up atthe now destroyed mansion with the rest of the X-Men
