Main objectives

Vestfold County Library should be a Center for Development and Competences in Libraries in Vestfold.

1. Initiate competence and expertise sharing in libraries.

2. Develop libraries to attractive meeting places based on experience, knowledge and participation.

3. Stimulate to coordination between libraries in Vestfold

Some Measures

• Create a systematic Competency Program for our library partners.

• Initiate the establishment of at least 2 National Model Libraries in Vestfold.

• Develop stronger cooperation between the libraries. • Encourage cooperation between public libraries and

schools in all municipalities.
