WELCOME TO RAMBOLL'S EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION & ENGAGEMENT SURVEY 2015
BACKGROUND INFOWe have registered that your unit is GEC - Bridges – NORDICS and your immediate manager is K Prasanth.
It is important that the unit and immediate manager are correct, since this is used for the breakdown of the results and to create reports. If the informationis not correct, please contact Ramboll Management Consulting (see contact details below).
HOW TO COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIREFor each question, please tick the box that best fits your perception of the question. You have the option of answering the question with »Don’t know/notrelevant«. However, your opinion is very important to us and it is therefore essential that you try to consider all questions. Replies should be given inrelation to the existing organisation at the time of the survey. If this yields problems in regards to answering some of the questions because of recentorganisational changes, it is perfectly fine to answer question with »Don’t know/not relevant«.
The survey encompasses 43 questions that are common to the whole Ramboll Group, and possibly a number of additional questions that are specific to yourPrincipal Business Unit (e.g. Ramboll UK or Ramboll Oil & Gas). After each theme you will find an open text box where you are free to add comments, ideasor a piece of good advice. Please note, that in case you wish to remain anonymous, you should make sure not to write your comments in a way so that yourmanager or your colleagues will recognize it.
You can move back and forth in the questionnaire by using the arrows at the bottom of each page. Your answer is saved by Ramboll ManagementConsulting where it is entered anonymously into a database along with all the other answers.

ANONYMITYRamboll Management Consulting guarantees that your responses will be treated completely anonymously vis-à-vis your workplace and other third parties.Only key employees at Ramboll Management Consulting have access to the data collected. Ramboll Management Consulting will only prepare reports ifthere are a minimum of 4 responses for the unit as a whole. The reports will be created in a way so that it does not reveal the response of an individualemployee.
However, you should be aware that any open comments provided in the questionnaire will also be seen by your manager if there are a minimum of 10responses for the unit as a whole.
