Main Priorities

• Delivering new affordable housing for the council throughout Northumberland.

• Liaising with volume housebuilders to deliver affordable housing.

• Liaising with RP’s to deliver affordable housing on ‘stand alone’ affordable sites.

• Liaising with local communities to deliver small rural affordable housing sites.

• Blyth - Hodgson Road,54 units

• Blyth - South Newsham, 66 units

• Blyth - Former Tynedale Middle School, 60 units

• Craster – Whin Hill 8 units

• Embleton Quarry 16 units

• Shilbottle – Fairfield View 20 units
