Sponsorship Terms & Conditions - 2019 Season

1. HelloThank you for your inteThank you for your interest in AKG Motorsport, manufacturer of high quality performance parts for BMW. AKG Motorsport offers sponsorship opportunities in the form of parts discounts (and pertinent product support) to select drivers and/or teams competing in a variety of forms of motorsport and racing series. We have developed this program to clearly state the requirements, policies and benefits of an AKG sponsorship, but most important-ly to help drivers such as yourself be as successful as possible in their racing venture.

2. GeneralAny sponsorship offered is subject to the “Sponsorship Requirements & Policies” as stated, and any other poli-cies and requirements referred to within this document, and/or any document received upon approval of thissponsorship application. Modifications to these requirements or policies may only be done with the explicit writ-ten approval of AKG Motorsport. Submitting this application does not guarantee that you will be offered sponsorship.

3. Sponsorship QualificationsAll forms must be completed in their entirety. Only those applications that are filled out, signed and complete will be reviewed. Please remember to keep a copy of all paperwork for your records. The following qualifications must be met to be eligible for sponsorship:

- Must be competing in at least one racing series in 2019 - Must currently hold all appropriate competition licensing and be eligible to compete in that series in 2019 - Must be competing in at least 4 races (or events) during the 2019 calendar year - Must currently be in good standing with the organization, series, and/or sanctioning body - Must not currently be on probation and not have been on probation at any point during the 2018 season - We may ask you to provide us a copy of the following: current annual tech inspection, racing license, etc

4. Sponsorship SchedulesSponsorship levels are based upon several criteria including, but not limited to the racing series in which you are competing, the number of cars entered, prior season results and publicity opportunities. All sponsorships are re-viewed on an annual basis.

5. Termination & Modification of ContractAKG Motorsport may modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice. AKG Motorsport may, at its sole discretion, terminate any contract and/or relationship, verbal or written, with any driver/team at any time and for any reason.
