In 1972 we took a love for entertaining and turned it into a sensation. First it was birthday parties for friends, then weddings. As the guest lists grew we knew we had something special. Word of mouth is best when sweetened by a good foie gras or raspberry chiffon. Forty years of platters and popped champagne corks give us
an edge. Our Catersource ACE Award (2009) doesn’t tell us
this. Years of success in hotels, conference centers and
embassies throughout the DC region do.
A hometown business, we’ve known and impressed just
about everyone there is to know and impress in the district.
Our chefs have trained in the hottest kitchens in Europe and
Asia but know we have the highest regard for the community
that serves us.
Staying local keeps our costs down and our quality high. Fresh
ingredients from local markets give back to our community
and help us forge friendships important to serving our best
possible menus. Behind every great chef stands a greater
grocer. And we still have time for friends’ birthday parties.
