Juniors Hosting Brisket Dinner
The junior class is hosting a brisket dinner before the first home basketball game, Tuesday, Nov. 3rd. The price is $5.00 in advance, $6.00 at the door and the time is 5:30-7:30 p.m. See a junior for advanced tickets. The dinner will be served in the school cafeteria. Menu in-cludes: brisket, potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, and pickles. Money raised from the event will be used by the junior class for prom.
Lunch:
Mon.: Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, bread-sticks, peaches, salad bar & milk
Tues: Chicken fajitas, Spanish rice, ranch style beans, pineapple tidbits, salad bar & milk
Wed.: Nachos, pinto beans, apple crisp, salad bar & milk
Thurs.: Pizza, corn, fruit, salad bar & milk
Fri.: BBQ sandwich, chips, baked beans, salad bar & milk
Nov. 11: Veteran’s Day program
Nov. 12: JH basketball vs. Chatty, here, 6:30 p.m.
Nov. 13: HS basketball vs. Fletcher, there, 6:30
Nov. 16 - 24th: Book fair in library, open during Grandparent’s Day, Nov. 24th.
Elementary Teams Place
in Tipton Tournament The elementary girls and boys teams bested the consolation bracket in the Tipton tournament held Tuesday, Oct. 20th and Thursday, Oct. 22nd. Both received a consolation plaque. The teams play in the Chatanooga tournament this Saturday, October, 31st. Come out & support the teams.
