Managed ServicesWRS Managed Service and Crew Management solutions bring together our dedicated account management philosophy, global mobility and support services in order to streamline your contract staffing process into an efficient and compliant operation, providing both cost savings and improved efficiencies. Experienced in the specification, selection, implementation and operation of Managed Services, the WRS approach provides full visibility of your contingent / permanent spend and performance along with security of supply. Advantages include consolidated invoicing, on demand reporting and management of all mobilisation and travel logistics. We will provide you with a dedicated account manager and management team, consisting of recruitment, financial and HSQE management, global mobility, payroll and compliance personnel, each with a clearly defined role.

Contingent WorkforceWRS provide a range of mobilisation services alongside safety, compliance and risk management. When you assign WRS to provide your contract workforce, you will have the options to bring WRS staff into your office to manage the whole process, and will choose to operate their service under either your own or the WRS brand. Marine Crew ManagementWe offer vessel owners and operators an integrated Crew Management service - this encompasses recruitment of marine labour and all necessary crew logistics and support services for part, or all, of your fleet.

Global MobilityYour contracted staff’s journeys with us are seamless, from the moment they get on the flight to thir return home, meaning that you needn’t get involved in the process of getting them to site. We provide our contractors with the best accommodation to ensure that they feel at home straight away and are ready to start work.

Travel: Our dedicated in-house team provides everything to get the contractor to you, from ‘meet and greet’ services and local accommodation to return flights and demobilisation. We partner with established and trusted companies to ensure local requirements are fulfilled, so you needn’t worry about contractors settling into the local lifestyle.

Safety and Security: Our contractors’ safety and comfort are our primary concern. We ensure they have access to the best available accommodation, medical assistance and security to keep them healthy, happy and fit for work.

Visas: Our extensive experience in processing visa applications means that we will manage all requirements in the country of your operation. Our presence worldwide ensures that your contract workers receive everything they need, on time, every time. Pre-employment Checks: We can arrange all background checks and medical examinations to ensure your workers are ready to do what they are there to do, in a way which is 100% safe and legal.

Medical and Travel Insurance: WRS offer comprehensive insurance solutions to meet the individual needs of contractors; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our schemes provide for emergency evacuation, medical repatriation, hospitalisation, kidnap and ransom, personal accident, professional indemnity and employers’ liability. If you need anything else arranging, ask a member of the team.

Local Compliance: Our in-country partners are on hand to explain the local taxation systems and discuss the most effective solutions for each contractor, based on their individual work schedule.
