However, a few things have come to my notice that if improved could help in adding more value to your work.I have observed that you arrive late to office. Also, you remain absent from your desk for prolonged periods during work hours which leads to you incurring added pressure to complete your deliverables and in some cases even missing deadlines. If there is anything that could be done to amend the same, kindly do so. While I have faith in your abilities, there is scope for improvement in your typing proficiency.
