The Franklin Preschoolers were walking down the street in their brand-new white shoes. They loved their white shoes so much they sang this song:
“I love my white shoes, I love my white shoes, I love my white shoes.”
Then – Oh no! …
Addison stepped in a rainbow.
What color did it turn her shoes? Did Addison cry? Goodness no! She kept walking
along singing her song.
“I love my rainbow shoes, I love my rainbow shoes, I love my rainbow shoes.Oh no!”
Ashton stepped in a pile of strawberries.
What color did it turn his shoes? Did Ashton cry? Goodness no! He kept walking along singing his
song.
“I love my red shoes, I love my red shoes, I love my red shoes.Oh no!”
Ava G. stepped in a pile of blueberries.
What color did it turn her shoes? Did Ava G. cry? Goodness no! She kept walking along singing her

The Franklin Preschoolers ALL stepped in a bucket of water …
and all the colors washed away. What color were their shoes again?WHITE! But now they were all WET.Did the Preschoolers cry?
Goodness, no!They kept walking along and singing
their song.
“We love our WET shoes, We love our WET shoes, We love our WET shoes.”
The moral of our story is: No matter what you step in, keep walking along and singing your song … Because IT’S ALL GOOD!
