South African Management Index 2015 / 2016 Background to the Index First USB-ED Management Index launched in SA in 2013 Second USB-ED Management Index ran in November 2014, and expanded on the findings of the first survey This presentation will explore the findings that emerged from the most recent Index, renamed the South African Management Index and where appropriate, draws on findings from the first survey to identify key trends
