• Web banner sponsorships will be assigned on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of a completed agreement with full payment.

• Sponsors have a first right of renewal or refusal. This means that no other sponsor will be allowed to use your piece of virtual real-estate unless you choose to relinquish your position at the end of the contract term.

• Initial rate assumes banner artwork will remain constant throughout contract duration. Subsequent requests for artwork changes before contract completion require a $100 service fee.

• WRA space is available only in 3, 6, or 12 month terms. Expo space is available only in 6 or 12 month terms.

• Banner artwork may only include the company logo, tagline, contact information and a link to the company website.

• Banner artwork must be pre-approved as conforming to not-for-profit sponsor guidelines prior to placement. Web banner submissions may be directed to [email protected].

• Banner artwork is intended to remain constant throughout contract duration. Requested changes to artwork prior to contract expiration will require a service fee of $100 per submission.

• Sponsorships are assigned on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of a completed agreement and full payment.

• No sponsorship fees or portion of sponsorship fees shall be refunded.

• WRA Supplier Associate Membership must be current to receive WRA member fee. For Expo placement, company must be a paid exhibitor in the upcoming Wisconsin Restaurant Expo.

• When completed agreement and full payment are received, the web banner sponsorship will run starting on the first day of the next month.

• Sponsorship does not automatically renew after the completion of an agreement. A new agreement must be submitted to renew your web banner sponsorship. If you are satisfied with your current sponsorship and wish to continue, please contact Ryan Pettersen at the WRA to discuss renewing your agreement.
