Services
Client: Duke University was repurposing 705 Broad Street for consolidation of Financial Services Group.
Scope: Redistribute and integrate new and existing workgroups (within 45,000 sq. ft.) into contiguous units on three floors.
Parameters: Minimize number of moves; do not remove walls; provide several solutions; and use new with existing furniture. Provide electrical access and complete before move date working with lead facilities person.
Deliverables: Set of CADD documents.

Interior and Exterior Restoration
Lobby View [Sorg Architects – Designer] 1200 U Street NW Washington, DC
Client: Public Welfare Foundation purchased and renovated a historic building for new headquarters and community outreach.
Scope: Take over managing project with General Contractor for 27,000 square foot interior renovation.
Parameters: Ensure team work and quality control to meet opening date by administrating project, meetings, problem solving, and client coordination.
Deliverables: Ensured on time completion of interior renovation for community Open House.
True Reformer Building Renovation
Project Management Services
Client: Public Welfare Foundation purchased and renovated a historic building for new offices and community outreach.
Scope: Project Manage as client representative with specialized contractors for five story exterior renovation.
Parameters: Ensure safe, quality work of selected contractors to restore brick, historical elements, resolve birds on building and client communications.
Deliverables: Completed quality exterior renovation within budget.

Conference Room
Client: Public Welfare Foundation moved from its former horizontal Watergate offices into newly designed vertical office headquarters.
Scope: Facilitate office move team to plan, organize, purge files and old furniture for a physical move with new furniture. Coordinate furniture changes and installation. Collaborate plan of ancillary spaces for mail/equipment and storage needs. Institute recycling program and office space guidelines.
Parameters: Facilitate full engagement of end user to help plan move, determine additional furniture requirements thus tailoring space to workplace performance.
Deliverables: Coordinate improvements, changes, additions, to ensure work space performance and satisfied customer.

Client: Public Welfare Foundation
Scope: Improve sound and lighting quality using acoustic and theater lighting consultants after more than ten years of use.
Parameters: Coordinate with staff and property managers’ relationship with technical consultants to ensure understanding of services, pricing, placement, and end user capacity to use after planning and design changes were completed. Ensure design integrity of the space.
Deliverables: Facilitated communications between technical consultants and client for clarity and decision making. Achieve desired costs and expected results without compromise to quality of space.

Conference and Library Center
Client: Council On Foundations moved from leased offices into new office tower in midtown Washington, DC.
Scope: Program, space plan, electrical/lighting and art/furniture selection/design/layout, and installation. Act as project manager with client and building contractor to develop 60,000 square feet of office and conferencing space.
Parameters: Developed space from empty shell. Established plan to accommodate program and staff growth for the organization. Coordinated and implemented comprehensive interior design services and on going changes.
Deliverables: New offices and conference center with improvements were developed over 10 year timeframe.
