Towards 2015

After more than 20 years of experience in Industrial Automation market, in 2012 a new group of companies

was founded with the objective to provide tailored solutions to attend market needs in areas of complex

technology such as industrial IT, industrial processes automation, and digital cities.

Our company focus covers areas such as instrumentation, control, automation, engineering, software, IT, Cyber

Security, services and installations, with many years of experience consolidating a multidisciplinary work team

oriented to provide turn key solutions with the best service and customer satisfaction in mind.

We recommend the technology to be used and we also provide specific solutions, together with best practices,

proven project execution methodology, and quality standards, necessary for each project and each supply or

delivery of products.

Our team of engineers and technicians, had worked in large projects for international companies in Latin

America. Our knowledge and technology applies for diverse industries like Oil, Chemical, Petrochemical, Mining,

Metals, Food, Beverage, Pulp & Paper, Pharmaceutical, and many more.

Started in Argentina, WisePlant HQ is the mother company of the group, which consist of a group of Business

Areas and separated Legal Entities. WisePlant and its associated brands like WiseGorup, WiseSecurity,

WiseSystems, and WiseCourses are used as a common brands in majority of these entities. Each of these entities

develops its activities in one or more of these different Business Areas. We also have interests in others Business

Areas which are not related to WisePlant core businesses, and runs totally independent.

We currently have offices and work teams located in major South American Cities as in Buenos Aires Argentina,

Santiago Chile, and Sao Paulo Brazil. Or plan for 2015 is to expand our operations in Latin America, including

Colombia, Mexico, Peru and also USA.
