Good Morning, Guests!

Thank you so much for choosing to worship with us today! Please fill out the enclosed attendance and response sheet.

A vital part of our worship assembly is our “Celebration of Communion.” It is a time of remembering all that Jesus has done for us in His sacrifice on the cross. We do this every Sunday, just like Jesus’ followers did some 2000 years ago. We will also collect an offering. We do not expect you to participate in our offering, but you are welcome to do so if you choose.

If you would like to know more about the San Jose Church of Christ, feel free to visit our Welcome Center, located in the foyer. We also invite you to visit our website, www.sjcc.us.

What Our Children are Learning Today in Galilee

FAITH is believing what Jesus did can change me

MEMORY VERSE “God’s grace has saved you because of your faith in Christ. Your salvation doesn’t come from anything you do. It is God’s gift.” Ephesians 2:8, NIRV BIBLE STORY Get Agrippa Acts 21:10-36; 25:23-26:32 BOTTOM LINE The story of Jesus is bigger than every other story. MEAL TIME Ask a child: How does it make your faith more real when you imagine Jesus actually alive on this earth, walking around playing, and talking with His friends? Ask a parent: What do you think makes the story of Jesus bigger than any other story?

Prayer Requests and Praises

Barbara Wyatt will be seeing a doctor soon for stomach issues she has had this past month.

Sympathy Our sister in Christ, Evelyn Earnest, passed away on Wednesday, July 6. She and her husband, Austin, were the first two people baptized at San Jose over 50 years ago. Memorial arrangements have yet to be determined. Please keep Evelyn's daughter, Janna, and all of Evelyn's family in your prayers.
