Since its creation in 2005, Worn By has evolved into the market’s most creative and exciting music culture inspired brand. Worn By is dedicated to capturing the most iconic moments in music history and drawing on this inspiration to breath new life into the world of music related fashion. By combining trend driven creativity and a fresh technical approach to product with partnerships with some of the biggest names in music and photography, Worn By collections continually offer something inspiring.

Spring Summer 2013 sees Worn By explore exciting new techniques, silhouettes, fabrics and washes in the brand’s never ending pursuit of jersey perfection. As with previous seasons, the collection is divided into chapters that reflect the inspiration behind the design process and allow retailers and consumers alike to take a journey into music culture. Worn By’s SS13 kicks off with the Best of British and re-imaginings of classic artworks from legends Joy Division, New Order, Roxy Music and Madness. Next stop sees Worn By take a trip into rock n roll excess with dark washes, tie dyes and macabre imagery to dive into the heart of rock’s dirty past. Lyrics are an essential part of any classic jam and SS13 pays tribute to some of the most legendary lyrics of all time, Words By if you will. It’s important not to forget the axes used to write and perform the big tunes, so the collection includes shirts inspired by some of the most famous guitars ever strummed in anger. Finally, SS13 sees an inspirational partnership with the publishing giant LIFE magazine, owner of some of the most influential images in history. Worn By has hand picked some of these to incorporate them into designs that tell their own story. In addition, the collection includes shirts inspired by the style of some of the world’s greatest music heroes.
