The team approached Microsoft® ERP Gold Competency Partner, CEM Business Solutions to support their existing Microsoft Dynamics GP to fine-tune processes, and ensure greater transparency, control, and accuracy. As a result with higher efficiency and improved, WOM has reduced costs significantly. The solution provides accurate figures, which help the management, make better business decisions, in line with its ambitious future expansion plans. Solution The management at WOM realized the complexity of the situation but at the same time trusted the Microsoft solution. It therefore decided to give the support contract for Microsoft Dynamics GP to Microsoft® ERP Gold Competency Partner, CEM Business Solutions. CEM rectified the system error and associated technical issues in the current system installed at WOM and also remove all the bottlenecks and ensure the systems kept pace with business growth. Further to this, CEM also upgraded their existing Microsoft Dynamics GP setup to Microsoft Dynamics GP10 and added additional users to the list.
