The optimum design of die height ad justment mechani sm better guarantees the quality stability of products,with stretchable pin shaft and self-locking function of the die height adjustment motor, which can effectively address the problem of reduction in locking force due to backward movement of the closing unit.
Enlarged accumulator and nitrogen cylinder, providing sufficient energy, stronger and more stable injection with lower pressure fall.
Thickened platen and tie bar design better guarantee maintenance of the injection concentricity during long term operation.
Universal beam structure with high rigidity. The intensity of tension and rigidity has been greatly improved to ensure the overall precision of the machine throughout long-term operation.
The fast closing mechanism uses overflow valve and slope control to realize faster and more smooth die opening and close.It also enables high precision extraction of parts at any position along die opening.

Optimal design for the end platen, which stays stable during the die opening and close stroke.
The reinforcement structure applied additionally on the middle platen effectively reduces the deformation; the ejector cylinder is fixed on the reinforcement plate to avoid swinging of the ejector cylinder, uneven ejector force, break of ejector pin and piston rod.
The spin shaft is designed with n×n+1 structure, with thickened and extended locking shaft, effectively prolonging the service life of the spin shaft.
Stronger nut cover and screw to avoid drop of locking force and precision due to distortion of screw cover or screw during die opening and close under high pressure.
C o p p e r b u s h a n d a d d i t i o n a l lubrication point on the tie bar of the front platen, to effectively avoid corrosion and facilitate the dismantling of the tie bar.

The adjusting nut made of inner cast aluminum bronze, providing better mechanical property, and better resistance to wear, corrosion, cold and heat;
The guide rod of the cross head is made of 42CrMo with nitrogen treatment. Its diameter is up to 80% of the diameter of the tie bar, with high rigidity.
The lock shaft is made of 38CrMoAl with nitrogen treatment, extra-large diameter, high intensity and toughness, providing longer service life.
OILES iron casting bushings on the movable platen and the end platen, effectively reducing the wear of the tie bar and ensures smooth operation even under poor working conditions.
The elongated s leeve ensures smooth and reliable movement of the movable platen.

Closing Unit
With Haitian’s unique pin shaft movement software, optimized five-point mechanical structure and advanced slope control, the energy output curve of the pumping station, the movement curves of the closing cylinder and the pin shaft movement, is almost perfectly matching; the middle platen can pause at any position during the die opening stroke; with higher repeatability and shorter cycle time.

Tie bar extraction device available on the upper operation side, and another installation position for such tie bar extraction device is reserved at the back side for option.
Overstress protection mechanism on the nut of the tie bar of the front platen, protecting the tie bar under uneven force.
Proportional control over phase one, phase two of the injection and intensification speed; automatic detection over the phase two and intensification accumulation through pressure sensor.
The one-piece platen with lubricating oil pipes has high rigidity and efficiently prevents oil leak, providing higher injection speed and stability.

Haitian Die Casting has developed a new-generation of dual closed-loop and full real-time control shot system. This system adopts Siemens control system to achieve closed loop control over the casting pressure, shot speed, intensification and pressure build-up time. The intensification pressure can be set in six phases. It can ensure high quality and highly stable shot process, which further guarantees the high precision and quality of the casting parts on the customer side.
