    ABOUT THE FACILITATOR Katinka Hyllested, Chief consultant, Master in French and Sociology from Copenhagen University and Université Paul Valéry, Montpellier. Katinka works effectively in a multicultural business environment and has been working for a range of companies across industries globally. For the last 15 years she has gained expert knowledge in cross-cultural communications, leadership and has enhanced intercultural co-operations in Europe, Africa and Central America in the public and the private sector. Katinka is certified Cultural Intelligence facilitator and certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator. Throughout Katinka’s work she has developed a high level of interpersonal skills, qualifying her to perform personal cross-cultural coaching sessions and facilitate workshops with large international teams.

    ABOUT LIVING INSTITUTE Established in 2004. Living Institute offers cross-cultural training, country specific culture training, cross-cultural team building, counselling in connection with expatriation & repatriation, cultural assessments, mastering diversity programs, enhancing or developing global strategies.
