METHOD 1BrainstormingThe spontaneous and uncensored contribution of ideas from all members of the group. This will happen though a loosely organized activity where group members propose ideas.

- Spontaneous generation of ideas

- Free your creativity

- Without censorship

METHOD 2Affinity Diagramming: Organize and sort your ideas into groups with common themes. At first your groups might be very large, but these post its can be organized into subgroups. Choose titles for groups that cover the main idea of why they are grouped together.

- Collaborate with a new group

STEP 1:Generate Ideas on post-its.

You can write a word ora phrase that explains your idea.

Talk and listen to each other, bounce ideas.

Generating ideas should be rapid. Don’t over think it.

STEP 2:Display the ideas. Post the ideas on the wall in a random manner.

STEP 3:Rapidly sort Ideas into related groups.

Start by looking for ideas that seem related in some way and group these post-its together.

Continue sifting through the post-its and establish new groups as you start to see new relationships between concepts.

Look for small sets within larger groups and ask yourself “should these belong in a larger group? or should they become their own group?”
