Not to mention Wars that we
fought to guarantee
them.
But what my job has to do with any of
that?
We spend over
of our day at work…
Because my boss said so.
Top Down Management!
Why?
That seems more like the
army…
Than a collaborative place.
But what is workplace democracy?
Like in nations, democracy in
workplaces comes in many ways

But letting them have voice in things that
