1 — Assessment
Our experienced accessibility specialists will visit your organisation
and recommend adjustments by completing a Workplace Needs
Assessment as the first step. The specialist will meet your employee at their place of work to understand their role, strengths and difficulties.
At this stage a written report making suggestions for adjustments to
benefit the employee will be provided.
2 — Assistive Technology
The workplace needs assessment may advise on the assistive
technology available for supporting the employee. iansyst can supply
any item; hardware or software, that may be recommended. This helps
avoid the inconveniences of sourcing from several different suppliers
and ensures the process of providing these products quickly and
efficiently. We also offer set up and installation of software on your individual computers or networks.
