Workout Flow The Athlete will start behind the start line. At 3, 2, 1, GO, the athlete will run to the platform and perform 30 snatches followed by 30 overhead squats. Once completed, the athlete will have the remaining time to perform a 1 rep max snatch. The athletes score will be the time it took to complete the first section and a score for the max weight snatched.
