CheckwhetheryouareusingthecorrectDigipas.YourUserIDandPINcodearelinked to your own personal Digipas. You can recognize your Digipas by the serial numberontheback;thisserialnumberalsoappearsontheletteryoureceivedwithyourPINcodeforactivatingtheDigipas.Afteractivating,putastickerwithyourname on your Digipas right away.

ActivateyourDigipas.Follow thestepsgivenintheinstruc-tion manual accompanying your Digipas. You will not be able to use the Digipas to generate login codes and signatures until it has been activated.

Thisisonlyrequiredthefirsttimeyoulogin;thecomputerwillrememberyourpreferencethenexttime.

Youonlyneedtodothisthefirsttimeyoulogin;thecomputerwillrememberyourpreference.

3.EnteryouruserID

YoucanfindyourUserIDintheletteryoureceivedwithyourPINcode.TheUserIDmustbeenteredeverytimeyoulogin.MakesureyourUserIDalwaysendswith.eu.

4.HaveyourDigipasgenerateaSecurePIN(logincode)forloggingin.

1.SwitchontheDigipas.Holdthe presseddownand,withyourotherfinger,press ON .

2.EnteryourpersonalPINcode.Ifyoumakeanerror,press to delete the numbers entered.

3.Once‘SELECT’appearsonthedisplayofyourDigipas,press‘logon’ 1 . Your Digipaswillnowgeneratean8-digitcode.Enterthiscodeonyourcomputer.

Next,press‘Submit’andthepage‘MyServices’willappear.

Under‘AccountStatements’youcanviewthestatementsyouwant.1.Selectacompany2. Select the correct account number 3.Selectthestartandenddatesofthestatement4.Clickon‘Submit’

Payment tips: checking the status ofpaymentordersToviewallyourpaymentorders,select‘TransactionServices’ontheleftmenuandthen‘View’.

Oneofthefollowingstatusesappearsforeachpaymentorder:

PA–PaymentAcknowledged–Acceptedbythehostforprocessingatthebank;PE–PendingAuthorization–Awaitingauthorization;PK–Partlyrejected–Somepaymentsinthebatchhavenotbeenprocessed;PR–PendingReceipt–Awaitingprocessing,thehostisvalidatingthepayment;RE–Rejected–Filehasbeenrejected.

Somestatusescanbeclickedon;theythenshowmoreinformation,forexamplethereasonforrejection(RE).
