sunny. The environment is clean and has a limited noise due to the vehicles passing around the pavilion.

EvaluationAfter the nurse patient interaction, the student nurse was able to gain the trust and

cooperation of the patient. The student nurse was able to orient the patient about the activities and the patient shows understanding because he was able to do what is being told, and answer what is being asked. The patient was silent sometimes but cooperative in every activity that we had performed. He has great ideas in expressing his thoughts when he is being told to recite or say something about the topic that being discussed.

It’s a sunny day. The environment is clean but noisy due to the vehicles passing around the

pavilion and the students having their tour so patients are easily distracted.

Elmer, ngayon na ang pangatlong huling araw namin dito sa mental. Hindi din pala tayo magkaka-usap at magkikita bukas dahil lilibutin namin lahat ng pavillion dito. Pero pupunta dito kami sa Friday para sa ating grand socialization.

(smiled) sige po sir. Telling him about the span of the contract eliminates separation anxiety. Ang maihahabilin ko lang Elmer ay lagi ka sanang magpakabait dito, iwasan mo ang makipag-ingkwentro sa mga kasamahan mo para hindi ka masaktan.
