EvaluationAfter the nurse patient interaction, the student nurse was able to gain the trust and

cooperation of the patient. The student nurse was able to orient the patient about the activities and the patient shows understanding because he was able to do what is being told, and answer what is being asked. The patient was silent sometimes but cooperative in every activity that we had performed. He has great ideas in expressing his thoughts when he is being told to recite or say something about the topic that being discussed.

TERMINATION PHASEObjectives:

Ang maihahabilin ko lang Elmer ay lagi ka sanang magpakabait dito, iwasan mo ang makipag-ingkwentro sa mga kasamahan mo para hindi ka masaktan.
