    What must I do to pass the Workgroup Color Page Printer Technology Service AuthorizationExam?

    You must score at least 80% out of the 25 questions correctly to successfully complete the exam. Yourexam answers will be automatically graded, and you will receive the results simultaneously. If you fail tosuccessfully complete the exam, you may take it again, but must wait a day for your exam results to bereset.

    Your Service Profile will be automatically updated within 24 hours of successfully completing the exam toreflect your service authorization status. In addition, you should receive a Certificate of Completion bymail within thirty days.
