PharmacyTechnologyThe course is designed to prepare individuals with the theoretical, technical, and clinical skills needed to assist and support licensed pharmacists in providing prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, medical equipment and supplies, pharmaceutical care services, and other health care products and services for patients. Class format includes lecture, laboratory, and clinical activities. Successful completion prepares individuals for employment as a pharmacy technician in hospitals and pharmacies.
