Each Workflow includes a series of Steps necessary to complete theprocess from start to finish. Each Step results in an action such as theprinting of a letter, the scheduling of a telephone call, to-doappointment, etc.
A contact in a Workflow can be moved to another Step automatically,or by contingency upon entering a pre-determined outcome.
Workflows can be simple (one-step) to very complex (multi-step,branching).
