Dialog Best Practices

1) The Senior Management Team chose to transition to individual dialogs first so they could learn and experience it for themselves2) The 2nd phase will be to introduce individual dialogs to their direct reports ( middle management.3) The third step will be for the Department Managers to implement it with their staff
BRANCH DIALOGS
• One of our biggest successes with Dialogs has been with our Branches
• We have their total buy-in and excitement• Branch Dialogs have provided a venue for our
frontline staff to share their successes & core value stories that come from their direct contact with our members and
• Participate in Celebrations & recognitions
