Crossharbour Recovery Centre

The Crossharbour Recovery Centre (CRC) in Docklands is a state-of-the-art facility that was purpose built following consultation with leading businesses in the City of London.

The modern office space is well lit and set up for agile working. The site is built using the latest technology. There is CAT6 cabling and high speed Wi-Fi throughout, connected to an onsite Tier 3 data centre that has received the Uptime Institute’s Management & Operations (M&O) Stamp of Approval.

Communications and power are diversely routed to ensure resilience and backed up by UPS battery and generator support.

The facility itself has swipe card access while each suite has card access and a physical lock.

Elite – Dedicated Work Area Recovery

Our Elite Service is a bespoke design, build and manage service. We work with you to design the ideal recovery facility that will be available specifically for your staff at time of incident.

This service is ideal if your business needs to meet industry regulations to be back trading within two hours whatever the situation.

Advanced – Syndicated Work Area Recovery

Our Advanced Service offers access to Recovery Suites within two hours of notification. Each Recovery Suite provides the full office infrastructure including desks, chairs, PCs, screens and telephony.

Each work suite is physically and digitally secure, with swipe card access and its own Local Area Network (LAN). Each suite has a separate switch to prevent data bleed and can be configured to link to the up to 1Gbps internet or your own network.

Both services offer onward network connectivity to iomart’s UK and global data centre facilities.
