vascular disease in our primary and secondary markets. Objectives
– Identify and treat cardiac risk factors early in order to minimize impact
– Identify high risk women and drive appropriate inpatient and outpatient cardiology and related volumes
– Increase awareness and preference for Presence Health’s cardiovascular services
