Nola Pearce, Carter Newell Special Counsel

Pearce has conducted highly sensitive litigation involving barristers, solicitors, members of the judiciary and the medical profession. Her involvement in both civil and disciplinary proceedings has fostered a unique understanding of the principles and rules governing the legal profession, and has resulted in Pearce recently being named Chair-elect of the Queensland Law Society's ethics committee. She is a contributing author to the first edition commentary to the Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules and presents regularly to other practitioners and in-house counsel on practical ethics.
