TRIP TO ATTAKA

By sea transportation with Pelican

chartered vessel, it takes 5 hours fromSemayang pilot jetty to Attaka platform

By land transport with regular bus toSantan Terminal, it takes 6 hours and then

continue with small boat to Attaka platform

+/- 1 hours.

Working Hours

14 days On 14 Days Off duty, 1 week

Annual leave every year12 hours in a day

Day shift 06.00 a.m. 06.00 p.m.Night shift 06.00 p.m. 06.00 a.m.

At crew change day, Operators must workmore than 18 hrs.

FIELD OPERATOR TASKS

Inspect all equipment. They should workproperly. Such as pumps, compressors, cranes,

generators, etc.Inspect all online wells in platform are not shut

down or shut in.

Make production report.Water and oil sample analysis.

Coordinate the boats from and to Santan, NIB,and another platform

As crane operator or rigger in lifting heavymaterials/equipment

OPERATOR TASKS CONT

To shut in or back online wells if some problemhappen at the down stream.

Prepare Work permit, JSA, Lock Out Tag Out,Isolate valves and energy resources for every

maintenance job.Also as fire watcher for hot works.

Receive and send pig.

As fireman and the last person to leave theplatform if we should abandon the platform
